§ 599.600. Required findings for transfer of development rights.

Before recommending approval of a transfer of development rights, the commission shall make findings that the transfer is compatible with other properties in the area, and that the transfer is necessary to alleviate financial hardship due to restrictions placed on the use of the sending site by the commission.
