(a)
In general.
All approvals made pursuant to this chapter shall remain in effect as long as all
of the conditions and guarantees of such approval are observed. Failure to comply
with such conditions and guarantees shall constitute a violation of this chapter and
may result in termination of the approval.
(b)
Compliance with other regulations.
All approvals made pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to all other applicable
city, local, regional, state and federal regulations. If a portion of this ordinance
conflicts with any other provision of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances or with any
other provision of law, the more restrictive provision shall apply.
