§ 547.80. Truck and commercial vehicle parking.

(a) Residential uses. Parking of commercial vehicles shall be prohibited.

(b)

Nonresidential uses. Parking of commercial vehicles accessory to permitted or conditional nonresidential uses shall be limited to operable, single rear axle vehicles of not more than fifteen thousand (15,000) pounds gross vehicle weight. Such vehicles shall be parked in an enclosed structure. These regulations shall apply only to vehicles that are parked regularly at a site and shall not apply to pick-up and delivery activities or to the temporary use of vehicles during construction.
