§ 525.220. Additional reviews prior to zoning certificate approval.

In such instances that the application requires additional land use review by the planning director, board of adjustment, city planning commission or city council, the zoning administrator shall not grant the zoning certificate until the applicable review body grants approval and the appeal period has expired.
