§ 525.200. Application for zoning certificate.

Any person having a legal or equitable interest in land may file an application for a zoning certificate. Such application shall include a plan so dimensioned or annotated as to show the proposed building, including building bulk, height and use, and existing buildings and uses, if any, in exact relation to lot lines, a description of adjoining land uses, as well as other information required by the zoning administrator to determine zoning compliance.
