§ 1.90. Ordinances to amend Code.

Latest version.

Ordinances passed after the effective date of this Code shall be passed as amendments or additions to this Code unless they are of limited or special application or are otherwise deemed to be not a part of this Code. Such ordinances shall be incorporated into this Code at its annual revisions, in accordance with section 1.70 and as directed by the city council. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 1.070)
