§ 1.10. How Code designated.

The ordinances embraced in this and the following titles and sections shall constitute and be designated as the "Minneapolis Code of Ordinances." For brevity hereafter the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances will be sometimes referred to as "this Code," and any use of the term "this Code" shall be construed to mean the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances unless the context clearly requires some other meaning.
