§ 509.220. Application fee for permit to alter or repair well.

  • A person desiring to alter, reconstruct or repair any well on any public place shall, before engaging in such work, apply in writing to the city engineer for a permit to do so. Such application shall contain the name and address of the applicant, the applicant's place of business, the location of the well which the applicant proposes to alter, reconstruct or repair, the approximate time at which the applicant intends to begin and complete the work, and the work which the applicant proposes to do thereon. The application shall be accompanied by a permit fee of fifty-eight dollars ($58.00). After the permit is granted, the work shall be done under the general supervision of the city engineer.
