Parking meters shall be in operation during the hours and days indicated in each metered
area except New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, unless otherwise provided in all areas designated
