§ 468.100. Prior record to be obtained for nonparking offenses.

  • Whenever a person is arrested for any violation of the traffic code, other than violation of parking regulations, the court before whom such matter is heard shall obtain the driver's record of such person from the commissioner before pronouncing sentence, and the expense incident to the procurement of such information shall be taxable as costs upon conviction.
