Sections 9—12 of 90-Or-126, adopted May 11, 1990, repealed §§ 466.190—466.220. Prior to such repeal, said sections pertained to molesting traffic signs or devices, record of conviction not admissible in civil action, convictions not to affect credibility as witness, and violation as prima facie evidence of negligence, and were derived from Code 1960, as amended, §§ 421.040, 425.120—425.140.
