§ 464.190. Effective date.

(a) This chapter shall be effective as of October 1, 2009.

(b)

Notwithstanding paragraph (a) of this section, Sections 464.30, 464.40, 464.60, 464.90(e) and 464.120(b) shall not be effective until this paragraph is further amended to provide a specific effective date for each of these sections or parts of sections.
