§ 462.40. Notice of veto power.

Within five (5) days after adoption of this chapter, the city clerk shall mail a summary of this chapter to the owner of each parcel included in the special service district and any individual or business organization subject to a service charge. The notice must meet the requirements of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 428A, Section .09. (2008-Or-050, § 1, 7-11-08)
