§ 459.60. Retention of police powers.

Nothing herein contained shall be interpreted or construed to be a vacation, in whole or in part, of any city street or part therein, and the city council shall retain all police powers and other rights and powers on the Chicago Avenue Mall. (2005-Or-078, § 1, 9-2-05)
