§ 443.20. "H" and "L" alleys.

In the paving, repaving or macadamizing of "H" alleys and "L" alleys, similar action by the city council may be taken, and similar duties required of the city engineer, to the end that lots similarly situated shall receive similar treatment and similar special assessments where the city council shall determine that original front foot costs exceed special benefits.
