§ 442.60. Governing law.

The provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 438A.01 to 438A.10 and Minnesota Laws of 1988, Chapter 719, Article 17, shall in all respects govern the creation, existence and operation of the district and the manner of imposing service charges therein and this chapter shall be construed consistently with said statutes.
