§ 441.10. Required.

Before any street shall be paved, all necessary gas, water and sewer pipes and mains shall be laid therein and connections made with such gas, water and sewer pipes and mains to the front line of each lot abutting on such street ordered to be paved. In the business portion of the city the word "lot" shall be construed to mean a subdivision of twenty-two (22) feet front. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 576.010)
