§ 430.65. Delay penalty.

The city engineer shall impose a delay penalty for unreasonable delays in the right-of-way excavation, obstruction, patching, or restoration. The delay penalty shall be proposed by the city engineer as established from time to time by city council resolution, and shall be in accordance with Minnesota Rules, Section 7819.1000, Subd. 3, when applicable.
