§ 427.80. Driving on fresh paving.

No person shall drive or cause to be driven any vehicle upon any street or highway in the city which has been newly paved and where signs, barricades, markers or other devices have been erected by the city engineer to indicate to the public that vehicular traffic upon said street or highway is prohibited.
