§ 427.140. Stopping or driving on walks.

  • (a) No vehicle shall be driven or operated on any sidewalk except a vehicle may be driven from or to the roadway across the sidewalk when an entry or exit is through a regular driveway where a curb cut has been provided for by law, unless a permit has been obtained from the city engineer.

    (b)

    No vehicle shall be driven or operated over any curb or boulevard to enter upon or exit from any roadway except where entry or exit is through a regular driveway where a curb cut has been provided for by law, unless a permit has been obtained from the city engineer.
