§ 426.30. Definitions and general provisions.

Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following terms for the purpose of this chapter shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them.

(a)

City means City of Minneapolis.

(b)

City clerk means the Minneapolis City Clerk.

(c)

Little Earth Project means the low to moderate income housing project for Indians located at 2501 Cedar Avenue South, situated in the City of Minneapolis, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, including all hereditaments and appurtenances thereto, which is bounded on the north by East 24th Street, and on the east by Hiawatha Avenue, on the south by East 25½ Street, and on the west by 18th Avenue South together with all building structures, fixtures and other improvements thereon.
