§ 426.110. Limitations.

The powers granted to the MIHA by this chapter shall be limited as follows:

(1)

The MIHA shall not issue any general obligation bonds for which the full faith and credit of the city or the tax base of the city is pledged, unless approved by the city council.

(2)

The MIHA shall not levy any tax upon any real or personal property.

(3)

The MIHA shall not undertake, promote or participate in any activity outside of its area of operation. (90-Or-259, § 1, 10-26-90)
