§ 422.20. Establishing the Minneapolis Community Development Agency.

Pursuant to the authority granted to the City of Minneapolis by 1980 Minnesota Laws, Chapter 595, Section 2 (a), the city hereby establishes the Minneapolis Community Development Agency, a body corporate and politic which shall be a governmental subdivision of the state, effective June 1, 1986.
