§ 421.230. Housing improvement area defined.

(a) The Condos on Blaisdell Housing Improvement Area is hereby defined as the area of the city legally described as follows: Common Interest Community Number 1734, according to the recorded plat thereof, on file and of record in the Office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.

(b)

The Condos on Blaisdell Housing Improvement Area contains fifty-four (54) housing units as of the date of adoption of this ordinance, along with common areas. ( Ord. No. 2018-025 , § 1, 6-29-18)
