§ 420.20. Establishing the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority.

Pursuant to the authority granted to the City of Minneapolis by 1980 Minnesota Laws, Chapter 595, the former housing and redevelopment authority in and for the City of Minneapolis, now the Minneapolis Community Development Agency, is hereby limited in its powers and duties and is reorganized as provided by this chapter. Effective June 1, 1986, the housing and redevelopment authority in and for the City of Minneapolis shall be known as the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority in and for the City of Minneapolis.
