§ 395.50. Business places not to allow violations.

  • It is unlawful for any proprietor to permit a juvenile to remain in his establishment during the hours prohibited by this chapter unless the juvenile is accompanied by a responsible adult or unless necessary for medical purposes or for an activity officially recognized by a school, church or eleemosynary organization. Whenever a juvenile continues to remain at such an establishment after the proprietor of such an establishment orders him to leave, the proprietor shall immediately notify the police department of the violation.
