§ 393.70. Sale, gift or delivery of weapons.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to sell, give or deliver to the immediate possession of any person any weapon, if such person is:

(a)

Under the age of eighteen (18) years except for the activities set forth in section 393.10 (b)(2), Minnesota Statutes Section 624.7132, Subd. 12, or Minnesota Statutes Section 624.713, Subd. 1(a).

(b)

Prohibited from possession, custody or control of weapons under section 393.40, and the seller or deliverer knew or had reasonable cause to know such person was prohibited. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 877.050; Ord. of 10-10-75; 85-Or-098, § 7, 5-10-85; 86-Or-149, § 1, 6-27-86)
