(a) All weapons shall be carried to or from such weapon collectors show cased and
unloaded, if applicable, or in a secure container and unloaded, if applicable.
(b)
All weapon collectors shows shall employ no less than two (2) uniformed armed guards
from the police department or a private agency, at all times from the setting up of
