§ 387.30. Gambling place.

  • Except for the purposes of lawful gambling, no person shall own, or permit any building, dwelling, establishment, premise, vehicle, boat, plane, tent, concession, place or location, stationary or movable, or any part thereof, with the knowledge that is it, will be or may be used for the purpose set forth in section 387.10. If the dwelling, establishment, or premise is a multi-unit dwelling or residence, hotel or motel, or commercial office building, this ordinance shall only apply to the dwelling, establishment, premise, unit, room, or suite of rooms in a hotel or motel, office or suite, or store in which the prohibited conduct occurs.
