§ 372.70. Issuance of additional bottle club permits prohibited.

  • Effective November 3, 1995, no additional bottle club permits shall be issued. Any person, partnership, firm or corporation holding a bottle club permit as of November 3, 1995, may continue to apply to renew such permit in conjunction with the renewal of their consumption and display permit issued by the liquor control commissioner of the state pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 340A.414, by paying a fee to the city for on-sale liquor and for on-sale beer as established in Appendix J, License Fee Schedule, the payment of such fee to be evidenced by a receipt from the city finance officer. Such receipt shall at all times be displayed in a prominent place in the premises for which the permit is issued by the liquor control commissioner. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 859.010; Pet.
