§ 368.40. Drinking on highways.

No beer shall be sold or served for consumption, or consumed, upon any public highway or in any vehicle upon any public highway. No person shall transport or convey beer in any vehicle except in the original package with cap or seal unbroken. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 854.060)
