§ 366.90. Penalty for late renewal.

In the event any such application is granted which has not been filed on or before thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the license year, before the license can be issued the applicant shall pay an additional fee in the amount as established in Appendix J, License Fee Schedule, in addition to the regular license fee.
