§ 366.50. Scope of "off sale" license.

  • An "off sale" license shall permit the licensee to sell three and two-tenths (3.2) beer in original packages not to be consumed upon the licensed premises. An "off sale" license may be issued to premises licensed for "on sale" beer or "on sale" wine or "on sale" liquor at no further cost. Notwithstanding any other language contained in this section, if such "on sale" liquor premises are located within the Central Commercial District, as defined in section 360.10, such sales shall be prohibited.
