§ 366.230. Revocation of licenses generally.

Except as otherwise provided by this Code, any licenses issued under this chapter may be revoked by the city council for any violation of Chapters 360 through 370 or the laws of the State of Minnesota relative to the sale of beer or to the conduct of the business of the licensee. Such revocation by the city council may be made for cause after notice to the licensee and hearing and an opportunity of the licensee to be heard.
