§ 364.30. Sales to obviously intoxicated persons.

No person may sell, give, furnish, or in any way procure for another alcoholic beverages for the use of an obviously intoxicated person. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 853.020; Pet. No. 251179, § 34, 12-29-89; 2002-Or-153, §§ 1, 2, 10-11-02)
