§ 362.500. Compliance with state laws.

No license shall be issued in violation of any of the laws of the State of Minnesota, and any violation of any law of the State of Minnesota relating to the sale and distribution of liquor shall be considered a violation of this Code. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 851.480)
