§ 362.475. Bankruptcy.

The duly appointed, qualified and acting trustee of the assets of a bankrupt licensee may operate under any license issued to the bankrupt licensee, and under any renewal thereof issued to such trustee, upon filing by said trustee with the licensing official of a certified copy of his or her appointment as such. The trustee shall be granted only one (1) renewal of said license, except that for good cause shown, the city council may grant further renewals. The qualifications of an applicant for an original license under this chapter shall also apply to such trustee, except insofar as such qualifications shall also be required by any other law.
