§ 362.250. Revocation of license for failure of security.

The licensee shall at all times keep in full force and effect insurance required by Minnesota Statutes, Section 340A.409, and any failure at any time so to do shall be grounds for immediate revocation of the license. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 851.240; 89-Or-178, § 4, 9-15-89)
