§ 351.60. Short-term rental hosting platform license, investigation and issuance.

Upon receipt of an application for the issuance or renewal of a license, the licensing official, the director of regulatory services, and the chief of police and those officials' authorized representatives may investigate the application for compliance with all applicable provisions of this Code, including but not limited to, the applicant's compliance or ability to comply with the requirements specified in this Code.
