§ 350.90. Existing recycling or salvage yards' grandfather provision.

All recycling or salvage yards in the City of Minneapolis existing on the date of the enactment of this ordinance shall have eighteen (18) months from the effective date of this ordinance to comply with section 350.60(2) and (3). Plans required under section 350.60(3) to be submitted to the zoning and planning departments shall be submitted no later than February 19, 1990. (89-Or-143, § 1, 8-11-89)
