Class A licensees shall file a surety bond in the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00)
conditioned upon the proper handling and safekeeping of vehicles, accessories and
personal property, and the guaranty of reimbursement to owners for loss. The surety
bond shall not be canceled except upon thirty (30) days' prior notice in writing to
