§ 349.40. License limited.

(a) All vehicles licensed to perform Class A service may perform services in any other classification, except Class E.

(b)

All vehicles licensed to perform Class B service may perform services in any other classification except Class A.

(c)

All vehicles licensed to perform Class C service shall not perform services in any other classification.

(d)

All vehicles licensed to perform Class D service shall not perform services in any other classification.

(e)
