§ 349.190. Receipt for services.

Upon request or if the fee charged is over twenty-five dollars ($25.00) the licensee shall give to the owner or operator of the vehicle serviced a printed form receipt stating the name of the business supplying the services, the license number under which the licensee is doing business under this chapter, the fee charged for the services, and the name or permanent permit number of the operator of the vehicle rendering services.
