§ 349.180. Posting fee schedule.

The schedule of minimum noncontract fees shall be posted at the business location and inside each vehicle. In the event a service vehicle is called to the scene of an individual seeking assistance and such assistance is offered but no longer needed, the maximum charge which may be assessed shall be the minimum service charge stated in the license application, and on posted schedule of fees.
