§ 349.155. License fee, Class E.

  • The annual license fee for a Class E license shall be one hundred eighty-five dollars ($185.00) for each vehicle to be licensed. In addition to the fee specified above, an additional fifty-nine-dollar ($59.00) fee shall be paid by an applicant upon initial application for the license specified in this section, and upon application for the license specified in this section after failing to renew the license within one year of the expiration date of the previously held license. The fifty-nine-dollar ($59.00) fee shall not be refunded whether or not the license is granted. The holder of a Class A motor vehicle service license who is also awarded a Class E license shall pay the difference between the Class A fee already paid and the fee that would be due for a Class E license.
