§ 341.530. Replacement of insufficient insurance policy.

If at any time in the judgment of the licensing official, any such policy is not sufficient in form for any reason, the licensing official shall require the owner, lessee, licensee or operator of such vehicle to replace such policy with another approved by the licensing official, and if for any reason any such policy shall become inoperative, no person shall operate any such taxicab until a policy approved by the licensing official shall have been obtained and deposited with the licensing official as herein provided.
