§ 341.500. Insurance required.

No person shall operate or permit to be operated any taxicab within the limits of the city nor shall any taxicab license be issued under this article, unless and until the applicant shall execute or obtain and file with the licensing official either an insurance policy meeting the requirements of sections 341.510 through 341.550 or a self-insurance certificate pursuant to section 341.560.
