§ 319.130. Driveways.

Each parking lot shall have at least one driveway that shall be adequate to afford safe and efficient ingress and egress to the parking facility. All driveway locations, the width of driveways, location of self-service ticket vendors, location of attendant buildings and the interior circulation systems shall be approved by the department of public works.
