§ 311.120. Crash helmet required.

In order to minimize serious injury, every licensee under the provisions of this chapter, or the licensee's agents or employees, shall upon leasing or renting to any person a motor scooter, furnish such person with a clean and sanitary crash helmet to be worn by the driver of such vehicle. Such driver shall wear the helmet at all times when riding or driving such vehicle. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 360.120; Pet. No. 251179, § 188, 12-29-89)
