§ 311.100. Loan to licensed drivers only.

It is unlawful for any person, whether he or she be the owner or lessee of a motor scooter, to permit any person who is not licensed by the State of Minnesota to drive or operate such vehicle. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 360.100; Pet. No. 251179, § 187, 12-29-89)
